Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Missed appointments/No Show will be charged the full service price. A missed appointment/No Show with a Gift Certificate/Voucher will render Gift Certificate redeemed. 

Please also note, if you are late your service may be shortened.

Services booked at a promotional price cannot be refunded. Since I'm a small appointment based business, these charges cover my time and allow me to continue operating my business. 
 

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment. 

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session.

Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Please contact me in accordance to my Cancellation Policy if your appointment needs to be cancelled or changed. 

 

Peacefulness

For their safety, children without appointments are not allowed in treatment rooms or in the reception and relaxation areas. Cell phones and smart devices must be silenced during treatments and in the relaxation areas.
